Sample Misty Valley Resort is a quiet hillside retreat on the edge of the Vythiri rainforest, surrounded by coffee and cardamom plantations. Each cottage has a private balcony facing the valley, where morning mist rolls through the trees.
Guests can spend the day by the infinity pool, walk through the plantation with a local guide, or relax with an Ayurvedic massage at the spa. The in-house restaurant serves Kerala breakfast and dinners made with local produce.
Pookode Lake and Lakkidi View Point are a short drive away, making it an easy base for exploring southern Wayanad.
